Having the choice is a good idea.

Having a choice of setting the locale to C and getting no translation,
or the locale to the native language to get some translation.

If someone notices that the translation is strange, the person
can try and fix the translation.

Getting the frameworks for the translation is rather more difficult
than getting the translation somewhat natural.


Me goes back to hacking up the source...
