I think this would expose the autobuilders to too much legal risk.
There's no guarantee that the license of a non-free package allows us
to recompile it for a new architecture and distribute the result.
Also, a non-free package can build-depend on other non-free packages,
and installing and using those means complying with their non-free
licenses.
