Version:
ii tcpdump 3.6.2-2 A powerful tool for network monitoring and data ac
ii libpcap0 0.6.2-2 System interface for user-level packet capture.

This shows it *is* a tcpdump error message:
ard@c24574:/net/home/ard$ sudo /usr/sbin/tcpdump blup
tcpdump: parse error

But why?
