i don't know, not that i know of, but i wouldn't rule it out in the
future given `none' is pretty generic.

i don't know that either.. i prefer the latter since its standard
usage of mount, it also makes it more clear that something like this
in /etc/fstab will (and does) work as expected:

/tmp	/var/tmp	none	bind	0 0
