testing 'jgraph' with latin characters

Hi list,

  I fixed a wishlist bug in package "jgraph" to make it compatible
with latin1 fonts.

  If you have some time to test it for me, please install jgraph 83-16
and check if it works with latin characters in your machine.

  You can see manpage section "SUPPORT FOR OTHER FONT ENCODINGS" for more
details.
