Actually, that's sbuild, not sbuilder (the mail-interface is called 
rbuilder ;-). Plus, sbuild does not have built-in support for setting up a
chroot; you've got to take care of that yourself (or use
buildd-setup-chroot in the same CVS tree, but it's still sth else).

sbuild is more optimized (well, optimized...) for autobuilders, while this
might be more interesting for people that occasionally want to compile a
package but do not want to go through the "mess" of installing and
configuring sbuild. It's not that bad an idea...
