Well it does a nuber of things. Maybe I should split it but I have
not done it yet.

It can do:
- Add users.
- Add groups.
- Give membership to groups.
- Copy skels to users, individually and for all.
- Copy skels for the system, like having the same sshd config for all
  machines.
  - When the (host, system, etc) package is removed it should remove the
    added files (if it is not a part of any other package) but this is
    just planned.
- Apply patches to the system (not tested enough)
- Authorize users using public ssh keys.
- Give access to mysql database (planned).

You create a package with a special file structure and then the
tool will be runned after each update and the system will be configured.
