Sorry if I might cause any inconvenience.  I sent the former email
to debian-devel because

- the bug was already closed.  I was not sure what happend 
if a report was sent to closed bug...

- I was not so sure that I was right enough to reopen the bug
so I guessed it might be better to ask somewhere in the public.

- lynx was NMU'ed recently very often by different developers
so I could not tell who was responsible for lynx in fact.
And I guessed it might be useless if a report was sent to an
old maintainer who might not maintain lynx any more.
