I've only scanned your posting there... i have a question that's
probably been asked and answered at least a few times already: why not
use bugzilla? It seems to be pretty popular and flexible, and could
theoretically be used for Debian's needs...
I'm sure there are some good reasons, just thought i'd ask to hear them
