Please ghod, no.

Packages that *must* ask a question during the install (i.e. those
that *cannot* ship a resonable default configuration file as a
conffile) should use debconf in preference to asking during the
postinst. But please don't add a debconf script to a package that
currently installs non-interactively, just because there are some
configuration options. Debconf is better than asking in the postinst,
but a non-interactive install is better still.
