He is referring to thet fact that most home users don't secure their
machines properly thus leaving them open to be abused, not that the
home users will do it themselves, if that were the case then they
could just as easily install Linux instead of buying XP :-) Certainly
I understandr what he is talking about. Any unneccesary "feature" of a
Windows OS should be turned off by default because of the people using
it.

Keeping this varguely on topic, the same could be said of Linux as it
becomes even more mainstream.
