because it is for Swedes. Their english might not be that good, and
having description in Swedish will be more clear.

Swedes gain. Nobody would gain if it were in English, because:
1) the package is of no use if you do not speak swedish
2) if you speak swedish, you can have description in swedish.
And since swedish is then probably your native language, you would prefer 
the description to be in swedish to english

(perhaps swedish is not the best example, since english knowleadge in
Sweden is particulary good, but it could be in any other language - 
let's say Slovak, for argument's sake)

Then do not translate those descriptions - obviously, they are not
meant for people not speaking those languages.
