update_excuses

A quick perusal of the previous discussions left me in the dark (where,
as a caver, I'm not unused to).

The current status for sendmail is:
sendmail 8.11.4+8.12.0.Beta10-2 (currently 8.11.3+8.12.0.Beta7-8) (extra) (high)
Maintainer: Richard A Nelson (Rick) <cowboy@debian.org>
sendmail uploaded 19 days ago, out of date by 17 days!
out of date on arm: sendmail (from 8.9.3-20)
out of date on m68k: libmilter-dev, sendmail, sendmail-doc
	(from 8.11.3+8.12.0.Beta7-6) (but m68k isn't
keeping up, so ignoring this problem)
  not considered

The arm log says:
  I can't find package version sendmail_8.11.4 8.12.0.Beta10-2 in the
  arm database.

While m68k says:
sendmail:

I need to get Beta12 in, as it is *much* more stable than Beta7...
How do I find (and rectify) the hold up ?
