You have to be careful: the list produced should not be used
automatically for two reasons:

(1) Some packages will be brought in as implied dependencies of other
    packages.  You should only list the packages that the build
    *explicitly* requires.  That's actually a bit subtle.

(2) You may need versioned dependencies; the automated process will
    not be able to decide that.
