QPL is the license that is written by trolltech to apply to the QT
library, on which KDE is based (in case you didn't already know).

IMHO PHP has *nothing* to do with KDE. And this is not the first program
that uses QPL that I've seen (although I can't remember any examples).

Wouldn't that mean that QPL is at least *becoming* a "common license"?
