Linux XML/SGML spec

Fellow debian-developers,

I invite you to join the discussion and debate concerning standards
for XML and SGML implementation on Linux.

Representatives from a number of Linux distributions and major
development projects are in the process of developing the XML/SGML
addendum to the Linux Standards Base specification.

A primary focus of the present discussion concerns the methods used by
XML tools to locate resources, how these differ from methods used by
current SGML tools, and the implications of the differing SGML/XML
requirements regarding directory structures, configuration issues,
etc.

If you'd like to contribute to the discussion, please do so by
subscribing to the LSB-xml-sgml mailing list.

You can join the list or browse the archives at the LSB-xml-sgml
listinfo page:

Thanks,
Mark
