testing, uh, broke the other day (it got half way through commiting the
packages that were meant to be in there, then stopped, presumably due
to operator error). Stuff was recovered the next day, but unfortunately
some pre-pooled debs couldn't be recovered and got replaced with their
versions from unstable, xemacs21 included. (Various things are being put
in place to make sure this doesn't happen again and is more easily and
accurately recoverable if it does)
