some people on debian-polish list and I was asked about it personally
so I'm sending that proposition here.
Adding diffrent language descriptions to package info.
*.dsc files and Packages contents.
it should be rather easy from technical point of view.
It should be enough to add something like:
some info in english
Lang: PL
....
Lang: DE
....
Lang: FR
....
and so on in description area
and patch which will use Packages-LANG.gz
I'm suggesting also adding special tag Language: to debian/control
Then it'll be possible to extract Packages for diffrent nationality
from dselect list. For truth I rather frequently use Japanese,
Koreans, Chinese. The same for other nationalities (fonts, magazines,
manuals).
I have at least people which will happily translate dsc to Polish.
