Uh oh, not this again.  There was a very long debate over such things a
while back.

We've already got the christian Bible and the Anarchist Manifesto (or
something like that), so the answer should be yes.  However, last time
this issue was raised (over the anarchist thing) the consensus seemed to
be that there should be a whole new section for such things, possibly
even separate from the main archive.  But it was pretty much left as
"this should be done in the future".
