I don't understand the problem with roxen2: #81648 only seems to apply to
roxen, but update_excuses.html says:

     * roxen2 2.1.199-3 (new) (optional) (low)
          + Maintainer: Turbo Fredriksson <turbo@debian.org>
          + roxen2 uploaded 62 days ago, out of date by 52 days!
          + roxen is all screwed up (see bug 81648)
          + not considered

Where is the problem with roxen2?

The only problem with roxen2 seems to be that it's being held up by pike7
that waits for imlib (or it will become uninstallable on alpha) that waits
for libpng (or it will become uninstallable on powerpc) that is only 6/10
days old.

As soon as libpng goes in testing roxen2 should go into testing and all
the libroxen-* packages that depend on "roxen | roxen2" can follow.
