Normaly, X libraries compiled on glibc2.x environment do not use
X Locales(use libc's locales), Of cause Debian's X does.
So, Your libXt.so.6 is not from Debian (perhaps Xi Grahics's)
or compile against libc5 (very very old version)
(Debian's alternative libXt compiled against libc5 to use on glibc2.x
environmet would notinstall into /usr/X11R6/lib.)
