I guess that the o with four little tick marks must be some sort of
currency symbol in some country...
The correct one is:
>man iso_8859-15
[...]
244 164 A4 # EURO SIGN
I can get it in gnome-terminal, by selecting a ISO-8859-15 font, and
then typing in echo "\0xA4". It looks like a C with 2 horizontal lines
(am I looking at the right character?)
However, xemacs-mule doesn't seem to support anything greater then
ISO-8859-9, so it looks like I am out of luck here.
