Many thanks for the hint! But unfortunately further compile errors
show that there also is a non-trivial issue with gtk version, which is
confirmed by a statement on the program's homepage. Since I am unable
to port gtkcookie to libgtk1.2 myself, I will have to retitle the ITA
back to ITO again.
