Wow!  That seems like a lot of work for one person.

How much trouble would it be to write a document for developers, describing 
how to interpret build-daemon output?  Or perhaps tweaking the buildd
to generate slightly more user-friendly output?
 
If a regular developer could easily interpret buildd output, then you could
simply mail that output to <package@debian.org>.  In a perfect world (ha!)
the developer might get a chance to spot and fix the problem before you
need to go through 300 failed build reports yourself ...
