Little Brother is a network monitoring tool, using a postgresql database,
written in C++.
Monitoring, gathering and alerting is divided over several processes, so
this might be an 'ITP: lb-gatherer, lb-monitor, lb-alerter, lb-scripts',
with an included 'ITP: task-lb' that depends on all of the above.
