criteria for being moved into testing?
This seems like a basic question, but I couldn't find a straight answer
to it anywhere...
Like the subject says, what are the criteria for packages being moved
(copied?) from unstable to testing? Is it done by a script with specific
criteria? Is it done manually? Will updating a package not already in
testing decrease the chances of it being moved into testing before the
freeze?
