No, that shouldn't be the problem. I just checked the Mailserver for the
Domain tu-harburg.d400.de and the primary MX rztsun.rz.tu-harburg.de is
able to handle mail for this domain, but the backup MX
ixgate01.dfnrelay.d400.de and ixgate01.dfnrelay.d400.de are
misconfigured. According  to the DNS-Entries, they are the backup MX,
but they are not configured to do so. So, this is a broken configuration
and someone who has the approiate bounce message (with headers)
available, should forward it with some explanation to postmaster@d400.de
and mailer-daemon@dfnrelay.d400.de and let them fix their broken
configuration. If you contact the primary MX rztsun.rz.tu-harburg.de
directly, it will accept the email-address from above.
