Try the very same command-line with an added '-i' option to lintian.
You'll probably see the following lines, which will probably enlighten
you:

E: cdparanoia source: package-uses-debhelper-but-lacks-build-depends
N:
N:   If a package uses debhelper, it must declare a Build-Depends on
N:   debhelper.
N:
