Bug#90331: general: man 'program' on clean inst of deb gives all errors of dangling symlinks.

And eliminate a nasty DoS kind of thing. Try this: as a user
create a really narrow terminal and run a script that shows all
posible manpages on a system to they are rendered and stored as
catman pages. Now wait until another user tries to view a manpage
and listen to him scream about it being shown formated for your
narrow terminal..

My other big feature request is support for sgml manpages.. Solaris
already has those and they're very nice indeed.
