Bug#90762: general: openssh version 2.5.2 has not been packaged AFAIK

There are severe security issues in using ssh 1.x.x. and the 
openbsd team is now releasing new versions of openssh , the newest version 
being 2.5.2 
 
If this package is not debianized soon, it might not be stable when 
woody gets to the frosen stage. 

If nobody else is willing to build this package, I would like to try 
but this might prove too difficult for me being a newbie. 

However I have lots of time available, so I might be able to figure 
it out in due time. :)
