And on personal preference. I deliberately made that dogmatic
statement in response to a similarly dogmatic statement.
My message that started this thread noted that I have emacs19 on
hold. That is because emacs20 is so broken that it is very difficult
to use the style that I consider proper, and bug reports are not
acknowledged.
