mutt has crypto hooks and is in main; fetchmail's source also has
crypto hooks, though I don't know if those hooks are stripped from the
source package on master.

I seem to recall us going around and around about this 1-2 years ago
and deciding that the only thing that made a package non-exportable
was actually incorporating crypto through linking (which only occurs
with binaries).
