Yes, I had just become aware of the implications.

As far as I am aware, it will do no good not to build it with SSL
support, since all the hooks are still in the source.  Presumably PostgreSQL
has to move to non-us, unless we change our policy.

If it makes any difference, PostgreSQL's primary site is in Canada, though
they do have a US mirror.

For that matter, what country is klecker in?  Should I move the
experimental debs to the UK?
