ITP: XDrawChem - A Chemistry drawing Tool

I intend to package XDrawChem, a linux equivalence to CamSoft's ChemDraw
program.

I'm stuck in the New Maintainer Queue, awaiting DAM approval, but I'm
not complaining since I'm not the maximum value yet (only 2 months
waiting).
