xlibs_4.0.2-2 and app-defaults
In order to install the latest version of xlibs (4.0.2-2) the
following packages had to be removed:
xbuffy, xpat2, xpuzzles, xmailbox, xabacus, xsok, xonix.
The problem was due to a clash with app-defaults directory:

Preparing to replace xlibs 4.0.2-1 (using .../xlibs_4.0.2-2_i386.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement xlibs ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/xlibs_4.0.2-2_i386.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite `/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/app-defaults', which is also in package xonix

...
Do these packages also supply the app-defaults directory?
They should only populate files there, not supply the directory.
Something with the install scripts?
