New ProFTPd no longer chroots users from /etc/ftpchroot

Hi Debian's

After upgrading my system this week (and thus installing the new version of
proftpd) (testing/unstable) my ftp server no longer chroots the users
specified in the /etc/ftpchroot file.

Is this a bug in the new version (It used to work), or do I need to make a
change in my configuration.
