Er, since it seems that the BTS has forgotten who maintains most
packages, please don't close anything just because it's maintained by
(unknown) just yet :)

debian-bugs-dist seems to be inactive, so presumably this is related.

I went through quite a few orphaned bugs a month or so ago, so it
shouldn't be *too* bad. boot-floppies bugs in particular seem to
accumulate against randomly-named packages quite quickly, mind you.
