Do you do everything that you're told?  What a good boy.  I don't.

I make the decision selectively for each mail I send who might (in my
opinion) be interested in it, and if in doubt reply to all - they can
always delete it.  I try, what more can I do?

I think the mail software (Kmail in this intance) should be fixed.
