Is this a trick question?  Because he hit "reply all".  Duh.  Perhaps
he thought your posting to the discussing indicated a desire to follow
it that would be greater than having to delete the odd duplicate
e-mail.  Personally I think it's good manners.

Put up with it, get/write some decent e-mail software that lets you
filter off discussions you are no longer interested in, discuss the
problem without naming names, or talk to him in private.  Or - define a
reasonable way for people to say "X-Poster-preferences:
no-cc-on-reply-all" (or something like that) in their mail headers,
and convince mail software authors to include the functionality in
their software.  Or write the functionality yourself.

Saying this in this manner on the list is just stirring.

What?  The pot calling the kettle black you say?  I'm stirring too?!?
