To hell with automation if people are going to abuse it like this :)
Closing bugs with `close nnn' command to control@bugs bot is bad, because
that way the submitter has no idea why you closed it, he only gets the
automated acknowledgement from the BTS and your Subject: line. That's no
way to treat someone who was kind to send you valuable information about
a problem in your package.
