	*Sigh*. Yet another logic disconnect. Taking bugs seriously
 does not translate immediately into an ability to discern the cause
 and fix them, nor does it translate to finding time to be able to
 spend on the report, unless my primary employment involves solving
 these bugs. 

	Incidentally, increasing the severity of the bug report is not
 magically going to allow me to diagose and fix bugs, nor is it likely
 to manufature more free time for me to work on it. 

	Indeed, and argument can be made that an inflated severity
 shall make me alter my priorities, but the truth is that I am much
 more likely to slap down the priority to a reasonable level, and stop
 taking the reporter, if they are developers, very seriously (since in
 my opinion their technical judgment is no longer to be trusted). I do
 cut end users some slack since the inflated severity may be the
 result of ignorance of Debian's bug reporting mechanisms (I don't
 expect casual endusers to know much about the BTS -- I am happy they
 even took the time to send in a report).
