A new version of Exim has been installed into woody this
evening (over in Europe it's 11 pm), that fixes this. You
need to do a "chmod u+s /usr/sbin/exim" because there was
a bug that exim was left w/o the suid bit if suidmanager
is not installed on your machine.
Just do the chmod and it works ok. Or wait for the new Exim
to hit your favourite mirror.
