exim does not work: /var/spool/exim/input//13fnyQ-0003lg-00-D: Permission denied

I do not know if this is a libc, db2 or exim matter. In any case, the following, which makes the email service on my machine unusable, has started after the problems with the unstable update from a few days ago and is still happenning. The last (3) version of libc did not cure it.
The permission of the dirs seems alright, although I am not sure. In any case, I did not touch those permissions. Perhaps some package from unstable changed them in some way?
In any case, can someone please post the right permissions of /var, /var/spool, /var/spool/exim and /var/spool/exim/input? Perhaps I should simply reinstall exim?
