true, but his license does allow redistribution (as long as you don't
misrepresent it as your own work and reference the author).
distribution is distribution regardless of whether there is money
involved.
if you allow redistribution but don't want people reselling it then
you have to explicitly say that in your license, otherwise granting
redistribution rights covers resale too.
