ITP dictfmt

     I intend to package dictfmt, a utility to format a file for use
by a dictd server.  It will accept input files with any of five
formats. 

     dictfmt was written by Rickard E. Faith (faith@acm.org) as
part of the dict-misc package, and modified by me to be a stand alone
utility.  It is distributed under the GPL.
