Re: cleaning up our task packages
I think what you are proposing is too much granularity to be worth the
effort, if that much control is needed, it will be easier to just use
dselect anyway. Remember tasks are geared towards new users installing
for the first time. We don't want them to ultimately need to look at a
task package for every branch of the sciences. Probably best to keep it
as task-science, and note in the task description that it includes
some commonly used programs for scientific computing. My $0.02.
