Package conflicts updating to Woody

Trying to upgrade to Woody and I found a few conflicts in a couple packages.

The latest kdebase-doc causes the following errors:

Preparing to replace kdebase-doc 4:1.1.2-20000425-1.0 (using
.../kdebse-doc_4%3a2.0.1-1_all.deb) ...
Unpakcing replacement kdebase-doc ...
Dpkg: error processing
/var/cache/apt/archives/kdebase-doc_4%3a2.0.1-1_all.deb (--unpack):
  trying to overwrite '/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kwrite/index.html',
whichis also in package kdeutils
Dpkg-deb:subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)
Errors were encountered whil processing:
  /var/cache/apt/archives/kdebase-doc_4%3a2.0.1-1_all.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

I have a similar problem with the package xcontrib which is required my
Mozilla. It's trying to overwrite a file that is used by ldlarrow (or
something like that). Sorry, I don't have the full message on this one.
