ITP: rfb (VNC tools including export of X display)

I am intending to pacakge Jens Wagners rfb software. It is VNC compatible, the
main advantage is that it will run in and export a normal X server display.

I've checked with  (who maintains our VNC packages) who had no
plans to package it, and is happy for me to.

Binaries:	xrfbviewer, xplayfbs and x0rfbserver
