If Debian is just made for developers then it is a dead end in the first
place. We would not need a stable release, remember? We aim to be a great
Distribution and one of our main concerns are the users. So of cause we want
many happy users. In fact we ultimatly exist to do them good and please them.

If it would be just for developers and the like, why care? :-)

Do not let yourself be discouraged by this kind of 'it has allways been that
way'-mails. There is a certain lazyness in adopting new points of views and
idears. Think of it like of the immovable object and the infinit force...
