no. i use noweb w/ autoconf/automake and my set of rules generate the
source code from the .nw files when i issue "make dist". it is the same
as distributing .c instead of .yy or a Makefile.in pregenerated from
a Makefile.am.

there is a package (but i never tried it) to use hyperlatex in noweb.
then you build a pdf with pdflatex and you're done.
